Dublin – May 2026 – KanDo Medical Ltd has divested Medilex Medical Ltd, its Dublin-based Interventional Cardiology and Radiology distribution business, to Vascular Perspectives Ltd, trading as VP MED Group, a UK-based specialist MedTech distribution and education partner headquartered in Holmfirth, West Yorkshire.
The divestiture reflects KanDo Medical’s continued strategic focus on consolidating and growing its core Irish healthcare distribution and logistics platform. With the recent acquisition of O’Leary Medical Ltd (OLM) deepening the group’s capabilities across women’s health, neonatal care, surgical specialties, and third-party logistics, KanDo has made the decision to transition Medilex – whose product portfolio is concentrated in interventional cardiology, radiology, and peripheral vascular – to an acquirer with a highly aligned specialist focus and the infrastructure to accelerate its continued growth.
Founded in 2007 by Brian Bailey, Medilex Medical has served as a trusted distribution partner to global medical device manufacturers in the Interventional Cardiology, Radiology, and Vascular space across Ireland.
